Meet Kit Yoon

We recently connected with Kit Yoon and have shared our conversation below.

Kit, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
Probably from what I see in my father and my husband. They are both passionate about their work and enjoy the process of it, not just the outcome.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am an integrated holistic health practitioner on a mission to help midlife women eat well and feel well. I offer acupuncture sessions combined with bodywork along with mind-body meditations with appropriate. I also offer workshops and coaching packages that help midlife women navigate eating well to feeling well in their midlife without all the drama of diet culture.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The most impactful skills that have brought me to be where I am is to connect deeply with people, be authentically who I am and practice what I preach. My advice to people on this journey is to trust in their own uniqueness and be unapologetic about offering what they have to the world.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I am looking to collaborate with other midlife women who are passionate about elevating the health and well-being of other women in this chapter! It takes a village of support and accountability to succeed personally and professionally. I would love to connect with other women in this field or women who would like support themselves around health and wellness. You can connect with me via instagram @kit_yoon
