We recently connected with Nallely Pimentel and have shared our conversation below.
Nallely , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Everything started back at age of 10 years old when I was seeing myself alone with my 2 other siblings my sister of 7 years old and my brother with only 8 months 0ld. I had to learn how to be a mom at shorth age, how to feed a baby and be on charge as an adult of a household. My mother was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer for the first time. My mother got so ill after the thyroid surgery removal she got in coma, that she couldn’t come back home until 4 months later, my faith my hope was always there, I learned how to develop survivor skills.
My mother teaches me how to develop the moral courage needs to overcome any challenge in life. No matter how bad or hard it looks the situation she always had the best attitude to fight it back. Her example of resilience in her tough life experience dealing with Cancer 3 times, motived me more to go higher in my own expectations, to run the extra mile, now she has more than 10 years in remission with no sign of this terrible and terminal illness. She is my hero! She is a Survivor!
Also, the virtues and values they were the key, from some family members impacted so much on me, was a very deep and positive influence at young age and in my current life.
I realized that without faith, hope and virtues we can’t accomplish anything. You might have the knowledge and theory, but the life experience comes with challenges, struggles and these circumstances only comes with experience of living the reality.
that’s why I encourage to every adult, mother, youth, and children to find their self at young age, be a leader of your own life, to become a leader of your own future, takes time, patience, prudence, fortitude, temperance, having an outlook of justice, faith hope to act with love charity and humility.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Determination, faith and moral courage!
Todays” most difficult challenge in the world is the lack of spiritual character, no everyone discern in between the good in bad and the best, we most lead the new generations towards social impact in a positive way you add value to others to help them to unleash their potential whether is in their professional or personal path. We all been there, and we all need companionship during hard times, part of the current problem with mental health issues, is the lack of conscience of the need each other as one,
Determination is the capacity of put a plan in action and make it happened. Most Mexican and Latinos we are trained to make things happened to become a “doers”. not because we love the labor, because we know though the process we specialized and polish our skills. transforming our life’s and became someone better the next day.
Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
My mother, has been the essential foundation of my triumphs and successes but also the friendly hand when things failed and are not going that great, she is my best friend . She pushed me to do more, her high expectations forced me to get out of my comfort zone over and over again, that mindset teaches me to go out there and dream big and reach out my goals, My mom helps me to be the person who I am now. An assertive, and level headed grown woman, with a spiritual outlook satisfied what I have accomplished now, with a continue curiosity to give the best and work hard to explore new opportunities Talents and God’s gifts always are work in progress to become great every time. Be aware this package is there, just need to be discovered by yourself!
