With being a creative sometimes I myself get drained and feel like a brain pause. Keeping creativity alive is crucial in the beauty industry, where innovation drives success. I maintain a dynamic approach by keeping myself in the ever-evolving landscape of beauty trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies. This means attending industry events, exploring niche markets, and collaborating with other creatives. Additionally, I prioritize self-care and personal interests outside of work to rejuvenate my mind and spark new ideas. I encourage open communication, celebrate experimentation, and provide opportunities for professional development to mold their creative talents. By embracing a hands on approach to creativity, I ensure that my brand remains at the forefront of innovation in the beauty industry.

At the forefront, I helm an esthetician school in Atlanta, where I empower aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge to thrive in this dynamic field. Simultaneously, my marketing firm specializes in elevating the brands and careers of fellow creatives, offering tailored strategies that resonate with their unique visions.
What truly sets my endeavors apart is the hands on approach I take towards nurturing talent and fostering innovation. I take great pride in not only teaching the craft but also guiding individuals towards entrepreneurship, helping them realize their dreams of owning and operating successful beauty businesses.
Adding to the excitement, my skincare line, 7skin, embodies my commitment to natural ingredients and transformative skincare methods. With a focus on corrective techniques, 7skin has garnered acclaim for its efficacy and dedication to holistic wellness.
I’m thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of my kids’ line on July 4th, expanding my brand’s reach to cater to a wider audience. Additionally, I’ll be embarking on a summer journey with Premiere Beauty Show, where I’ll share insights and expertise as a speaker and educator at their expos. Furthermore, I’m eagerly preparing to host a business beauty summit in Charlotte this June, providing a platform for industry leaders to connect, learn, and innovate together.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Reflecting on my journey, three qualities that have been instrumental in my success are adaptability, marketing savvy, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
Firstly, the ability to hustle and improvise has been crucial. In the ever-changing landscape of entrepreneurship, being able to think on my feet and make the most of available resources has enabled me to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
Secondly, my expertise in marketing has been a driving force behind my brand’s growth. Understanding consumer behavior, crafting compelling narratives, and leveraging digital platforms have allowed me to effectively communicate my brand’s message and connect with my target audience.
Lastly, seeing the joy and satisfaction on people’s faces has been immensely rewarding. A genuine commitment to customer happiness has not only fostered loyalty but has also fueled my passion for the work I do.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve often been eager to jump on new ideas and initiatives without fully considering the intricacies of planning and valuation. However, I’ve come to realize the immense power of patience and strategic planning in ensuring long-term success.
By acknowledging the worth of every action and decision, I’ve learned to approach each opportunity with a sense of purpose and value. This mindset shift has not only fostered a greater appreciation for the journey but has also instilled confidence in my abilities and decisions.
