Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Beatricia with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My name is Beatricia Sagar. I am an artist. I paint paintings or conceptual projects. I am a writer. I wrote and published a novel. I am a poet. I write poetry. My work ethic is driven by an internal need or craving to Express or capture the essence of an idea in a creative way.
The mind separates itself from the moment to a different time and space reality. I get lost in the process. Time is not counted by minutes.. it is driven by the need to get it right .

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I have an interest and curiosity in what is happening, trending, in the moment. I follow and learn more about what stimulates my interest. If you are an artist, I suggest you learn not only from your teachers and from what is happening around you. Your work Has to come from within.so nourish and plant the seeds that will let creativity grow.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Yes. My current Art project is made up of puzzle pieces. I send them to artists and friends all over the world. I include a self-addressed return envelope. Currently I have over 1800 puzzle pieces from 52 countries. You can. Dm @ beasagar on Instagram to request a puzzle 🧩 piece and be part of this project free of curation, gender bias, it is meant to overcome the isolation that grew out of COVID-19 and recognize the current need for connection all over the world.
