Ivan , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
The way I found my purpose was to discover myself through the passion of creating something. I quickly noticed more of myself and discovered what my talent was and that is photography.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My story started by simply picking up a camera to tell a story. I was never afraid of showing what I see through my eyes and into the camera. Many people have a eye for something and for me is to capture the moment in time. I am focused on my business as well as connecting with talented individuals.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three important qualities for me is perseverance, commitment, and discipline. With those qualities I have managed to become successful in my expertise. I think that if you can keep going without quitting and committing to your goals you can go further. Lastly I think discipline helps you stay grounded and always gives a reflection of yourself.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
My family, friends, and mentors have been really supportive of me since the start. I really owe it to them. I always remind myself of my supporters out there that I want to make sure I leave a positive impact always. It keeps me focused for the next move.
