Hi Ernesto, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Well sometimes is easy to find our purpose in life, and at the same time it can get really confusing in our lives to define our purpose.
What has helped me find mine is to reflect on activities that excites me. These can provide clues to our deeper motivations. Understand your unique skills and talents. Consider how these can be used on a business context.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m the CEO of Miami Legendary Boat and Yacht rentals, based in Miami, FL, and Guerrero Company, based in Medellín, Colombia. Both companies have represented a big challenge in my life, but they both represent a huge part of what I love to do.

Miami Legendary Boat and Yacht rentals is part of my adventures and fun side. It just brings joy to our clients. To live a yacht experience in Miami, of our new locations in Puerto Rico, Cancún, and Cartagena is something that even thou it only last a few hours, brings people together, memories to cherish with time. I’m truly happy of the results this company has bring to the people we so kindly served.

Guerrero Company on the other hand is based on tourism and local experiences in Colombia. Whats best than travel to a new country and live the ultimate experience. We focus on culture, traditions, and overall fun to our visitors.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. Self Awareness: Understanding one’s passions, values, strengths, and weaknesses.
2. Adapt and Learn: You must stay open to new ideas, feedback, and changes.
3. Be Strategic: Identify significant problems and develop innovative solutions.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
