Hi Igwemadu , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Firstly, I wanted to stand out, always wanted to stand out. So I got into music as an artist. Saw how much it actually cost to push yourself as an artist, starting from the music production process and the promotion.

Right here was when I asked myself, why don’t I learn to do this all by myself and save the cost? So I went into research and with time I started doing it all alone. I thought about how much I could make doing it for someone as well since I’ve taken time to study the music business and entrepreneurship as a whole.

I started, wasn’t as easy as I thought but I started and never gave up.

I’m Igwemadu Caleb Onyegaemeriechi, popularly known as Lil Splendor. I’m a music producer, Founder of Splendor Music Worldwide Records and an Entrepreneur. I mostly show up what I do and my products and services on YouTube.

Splendor Music Worldwide Records is a steady growing company, focused on Artist|Talent management, music production and distribution services.

One of the most exciting thing about being a music producer is owning your entire business and being in control, secondly is making money while you sleep, with so much less effort and stress. It also gives you time to focus on yourself and family.

Music is something that have always been in existence and will be forever… it’s a business you won’t regret investing your time and money in.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three most important Qualities is Consistency
Perfect Quality
Patience

Family. Family has always been the motivation, support and drive and I will forever be grateful to them.
