Meet Emmanuel Zorro

We recently connected with Emmanuel Zorro and have shared our conversation below.

Emmanuel, so glad you were able to set aside some time for us today. We’ve always admired not just your journey and success, but also the seemingly high levels of self-discipline that you seem to have mastered and so maybe we can start by chatting about how you developed it or where it comes from?

My self discipline? Well I’ll say my parents taught me so well from the point when I was a kid till this moment. I’ve always been so self disciplined in anything I do. I’ll say a big thank you to them.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Well, I’m a professional dancer who does various styles of dances including hip hop, traditional dances, contemporary, Afro fusion and Krump. Aside these, I’m a choreographer, an aspiring model and a hypeman which makes me a serial entrepreneur. I’m a co founder of a new content creation group called “House of cruise” and we deal in creating contents such as dance, music, comedy basically all about our everyday life.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Well I can tell you that it hasn’t been an easy journey. Besides, I’m still on my journey too and what helped me achieve this is hard work, patience and zeal of learning. The three areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey is being a dancer, an ATM engineer and also a content creator. So I advice the young folks that are willing to pick up this journey to be mentally aware that it won’t be easy but you just have to be consistent and hardworking.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I am looking for partners and collaborators all around the globe to share my little knowledge of what I’ve learnt so far in my journey. I really want to show the world what it means to come from here and share my thoughts on what I do. That will be a dream come through for me because I love to give back to the community and the world at large. I’m looking for Dance schools around the world to share my knowledge with.
