Hi Claudia, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Finding my purpose was a journey filled with challenges, self-discovery, and determination. When the pandemic hit, I realized that I needed to make a shift in my career, after 17 years as a retail executive for iconic Fashion brands, I knew I needed to be more present for my family while still pursuing my entrepreneurial dreams. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was necessary for my well-being and the well-being of my loved ones.
During this transition, I allowed myself to explore different paths, try new things, and truly listen to my heart. I reflected on my passions, skills, and what truly brought me joy. Through this process, I realized that my purpose was not just about building a successful business, but also about making a positive impact on my family and community.
As a mother, I understood the importance of balancing my personal and professional life. I found my purpose in being able to create a meaningful career that allowed me to be there for my children, that also had impact in their future, while also contributing to something greater than myself. This journey taught me resilience, adaptability, and the power of following my intuition.

In my digital marketing consulting business, CLAKEMO, I help businesses strategize their social media marketing efforts to maximize their online presence and achieve their goals. What excites me the most about this work is the ability to empower businesses to connect with their audience in meaningful ways and see tangible results from strategic digital marketing initiatives.
I am currently working on launching digital products specifically designed to assist moms who are considering taking the leap of faith and launching their own businesses. These products will provide practical guidance, step-by-step strategies, and valuable resources to help moms navigate the journey of starting and growing a business while balancing their family responsibilities.
I am passionate about supporting fellow moms in pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams, and I believe that these digital products will provide them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in their business endeavors. By sharing my expertise and experiences, I hope to inspire and empower moms to create fulfilling and successful businesses that align with their values and priorities.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Reflecting on my journey, three qualities that have been most impactful are resilience, adaptability, and determination. These qualities have helped me navigate through challenges, pivot when necessary, and stay focused on my goals despite obstacles, and that our timing is unique don’t ever doubt your process. For those who are early in their journey, my advice would be to:
– Cultivate resilience by shifting your mindset towards seeing challenges as opportunities for growth. Embrace failures as learning experiences that can propel you forward, and do not listen to the noise around you.
– Develop adaptability by being open to change and willing to explore new ideas or approaches. Stay curious and be proactive in seeking out ways to improve and innovate, adapt your needs first.
– Nurture determination by setting clear goals, breaking them down into manageable steps, and staying committed to achieving them. Consistency and perseverance are key in overcoming obstacles and reaching success.
Remember, the journey is not always easy, but with the right mindset and qualities, you can overcome challenges and thrive in your endeavors despite the noise around you.

My journey to success has been shaped by the support and guidance of a diverse group of individuals in my life. I make it a point to learn from all those who surround me. Firstly, my family has provided unwavering support, encouragement, and understanding throughout the ups and downs of my entrepreneurial path. Secondly, my mentors and coaches have played a crucial role in helping me develop essential skills, qualities, and knowledge needed for success. Their guidance, wisdom, and experiences have been invaluable in shaping my mindset and approach to challenges. Lastly, my network of friends and fellow entrepreneurs have been a source of inspiration, collaboration, and motivation, pushing me to strive for greatness and never give up on my dreams.
