Hi Jerome, you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depends on authentic generosity and empathy and so we’d love to hear about how you become such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?
“Making others happy just comes naturally to me. It fills me up to see the joy on people’s faces when they’re enjoying a delicious meal. That’s why I love being a private chef and doing event catering! It allows me to create these special experiences for friends, family, and even complete strangers. Whether it’s a perfectly cooked steak for a romantic dinner or a dazzling spread for a big party, seeing them savor the food and have a wonderful time is the best reward. I guess you could say I get to be a happiness chef!”

For over 25 years, I’ve been an accomplished French culinary artist, weaving my magic in Michelin-starred kitchens and acclaimed restaurants across France, Switzerland, Italy, the UK, and Hong Kong. My foundation is classical French, honed at the prestigious Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier in Nice. But my travels have added vibrant layers of flavor and technique, making my cuisine a truly global adventure.
More than just a meal, it’s an experience. I use the freshest, seasonal ingredients to craft unforgettable dining experiences with remarkable sauces, leaving your guests wanting more.
Love brought me to Miami. The city’s eternal summer vibe resonated with my passion for life and food. In December 2022, I launched Lavish Gastronomy Privé, offering bespoke private chef services. My culinary canvas has expanded to include corporate events, weddings, birthdays, yacht dinners, and bachelorette parties.
French, Mediterranean, and Asian fusion influences dance on my menus, each tailored to your preferences and the season’s bounty. Let’s create a truly special culinary adventure together.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
It all began with a spark of passion at 14 years old. Cooking wasn’t just a hobby; it ignited a fire in me that’s burned ever since.
With that passion as my fuel, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in this field. Luckily, I had a great Chef, it was my very first boss. He recognized my passion and instilled in me the love and dedication it takes to truly succeed in this kitchen.
Early on, I had the privilege of working with Chef Olivier Brulard, 3*Michelin. one of the most exceptional chefs I’ve encountered. His mentorship honed my technical skills and was instrumental in achieving two Michelin stars during my time on his team.
Of course, the unwavering support of my family, loved ones, and close friends has nourished me every step of the way.
