Olivia, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

My confidence and self-esteem blossomed when I developed a better relationship with myself and with God. When you understand that you and God are not separate, everything starts to make sense. I firmly believe that how you see yourself influences your business, relationships, boundaries, and more. This has certainly been true for me.

I’ve been on a healing journey since last year, and the process of shedding the layers of hurtful words and labeling actions from others has been a significant burden but also a profound relief. The journey is ongoing, but each step brings more clarity.

I also understand now that everyone is on a spiritual journey, whether they know it or not. People are simply on their own paths in this life. So when someone belittles you or doesn’t accept you, understand that it has nothing to do with you. It’s just where they are in their own journey. At the end of the day, remember who you are.

Why do we tell ourselves, “I’m stupid” for making a mistake? Or why are we afraid to show our true selves? Who taught us that? My relationship with God has been crucial in understanding these questions and finding the strength to challenge and change these harmful beliefs.

This deeper connection with God has not only improved my self-perception but has also positively impacted all areas of my life. Through this journey, I’ve learned to see myself with more compassion and to set healthier boundaries, which has enriched my relationships and overall well-being.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Never stop growing and being a student. The world is ever-changing, and new technology is always emerging. Being able to adapt and being well-rounded in your craft gives you an advantage in utilizing those skill sets. Always be ahead of the curve.

My resilient and determined nature. I’ve faced many obstacles in life, and yet I just can’t quit. It gets really hard at times and sometimes makes you want to give up, but I vowed to keep trying. Don’t go through this life and not tap into your potential.

Networking has opened up so many doors for me. Using social media and other online strategies got me far, but meeting and establishing connections face-to-face brings a new dimension to relationships. It has led me to a community and gatherings with like-minded individuals. Joining organizations related to your industry definitely helps. I joined my local chamber of commerce and have met some very savvy people with a lot of insight and knowledge.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is women-owned businesses ready to embrace change with their branding! Someone who is ready to ditch their DIY logo and establish a brand. My dream clients are coaches, health/wellness, lawyers, realtors, photographers, and videographers, but I definitely invite any business background.
