Hi Marco, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

By understanding my strengths and weaknesses helped me to recognize what I’m good at and areas where I can improve.
Also by replacing negative thoughts with positive affirmations, self care and reflecting on my experiences helped to learn and grow.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I have an extensive experience navigating the complex luxury goods marketplace, handling branding and a distinct ability to discern those who truly value and appreciate fine premium handcrafted Italian goods.
The Marco Delli brand today is a reflection of my fascination with Western wear, my deeply rooted love for Rock ‘n’ Roll and heavily inspired by my various travels around the world.
I specialize in handmade shoes, leather jacket and accessories using various old world techniques and modern treatment methods, all hand made in Italy.
The combination of luxury leathers combined with the unique treatments is what makes each piece a highly conceptual wearable work of art, the collections celebrate the unexpected nature of fashion.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

First of all self-confidence, start traveling in early age and learn about other cultures and languages.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

My parents gave me unconditional love and support, encouraging me and with positive reinforcement.
They were leading by example, instilling in me value and ethics
