Meet Debbie Cochran

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Debbie Cochran. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Debbie, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from having a
good support system, keeping positive people around me. Keeping a positive attitude is important through the ups and downs. Never giving up.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

After being diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder in 2009, I was hit with so many thoughts, a near-hopeless prognosis and an experience I could only call the worst years of my life.

But then I found a Gateway.

Now I’ve decided to share the one thing that helped me get completely pain-free, quit my medication and end all the mental turmoil that came with my condition.

I defied the odds, and I’ll show you exactly how to do the same.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

You must be prepared to go through the ups and the downs and stick with it no matter what.
Never be afraid to accept help from others.
Always be ready to pivot and make changes.
Making and delivering high-quality products. Carrying about your customers.
Take pride in your company, choose a business that you are passion about that really means something to you that you wanna share with others to help them.
