Meet Bryan Byrd

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Bryan Byrd a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Bryan , first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

Comparison is the thief of joy. You overcome the feeling of being an imposter by authentically being yourself but also recognizing the small wins and things you are doing as building blocks to bigger goals. We live in a time where people want to not just see the big shit but also the process… ain’t no faking in making daily deposits to your grind

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I have found my niche in specializing in Weddings and Private Events . I enjoy being apart of monumental moments and setting the soundtrack for people lives . Switching gears from clubs and parties, the elegance, professionalism and fun is captured without the negative things other events may bring.

With the emergence of CQ by DJ DNice the appreciation for all genres and the ability to blend them in all settings has become more appreciated.

I have launched my new website increasing the ability to be found by the people. Additionally getting ready to drop a new dance / edm single expected just in time for summer. With so much in the works 2024 is planning to be the best yet for ByrdHouse

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Work ethic , you can learn from Everyone , attention to details

Yo don’t have to be perfect . You just have to be honest and fair . If you are waiting for the right time, it may never come . Just do the work and get better daily . There are no shortcuts and nobody waiting to make you what you are wanting to become. Get off your ass and out your feelings.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I’m enjoy networking and business development. I’m looking to connect with Event Planners, wedding coordinators , corporate employees with influence on company events and any one positively influencing the music scene .
