Ana Carolina, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I like to say that purposes are moldable, as they adapt to the person you are at that moment. However, we are born with a numerological DNA that vibrates within us, for example, as our mission in life, or the destiny that was mapped out for us… But none of this is concrete, as we have the power of free will in our hands. ..
I mean that I needed to silence external voices to hear what was really vibrating inside me. I was a lawyer for 10 years, in the tax area, with specializations, a master’s degree in federal taxes and several awards. I found myself in a situation where I was always complaining, despite earning well, being recognized, on the right path that my family would like me to follow.
That’s when I developed vertigo and labyrinthitis at 29 years old. Something that the doctors told me was “emotional” and there was nothing that could be done, there was no medication to be taken to cure it, just to alleviate the symptoms.
As a good scholar that I have always been… I began to study myself… To get to know myself… To understand a little more about who I was and what I had chosen for my life. I studied quantum hypnosis (my first training, still as a lawyer), reiki, ThetaHealing, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation… And I began to expand my consciousness to find myself and be able to contribute to a better world…
As Albert Einstein said, “The mind that expands will never return to its original state.” I no longer fit into that little box that had been designed perfectly for me to be that lawyer. Numerology was one of my later training courses that greatly impacted my understanding of purpose, mission, destiny and desire of the soul… Numerology is the Science of Numbers that states that everything in the Universe is represented by NUMBERS, everything is energy and it vibrates at a certain frequency… This frequency is the perfect mathematics that we can calculate and bring results.
Through the Science of Numerology I saw what really vibrated in terms of numbers and energy for me to follow, in terms of what the Universe drives me to do, where flow is easy and light… Where I don’t need to fight to do what which is my TALENT (purpose)… What I understand about purpose at this moment is relatively what you do best… What is your talent??? What naturally moves you… What do you do easily? It was then that I found myself changing careers, changing countries, completely transforming my world into a completely different one because I believed that my talents deserved to be shared in a better way with my community and the world.

I LOVE people, I LOVE studying people, I LOVE helping these people understand themselves, I LOVE studying people’s family DNA, I LOVE bringing peace to the hearts of others and PEACE comes with self-knowledge, comes with self-love , it comes with FORGIVENESS, it comes with GRATITUDE… It comes with something we were not taught to do… LOOK INSIDE!!!
So after meeting myself. I decided to honor my talents and help others to also find their talents and purposes in this life… Today I am a Journey Mentor and Soul Therapist, in which I help you in your process of self-recognition, growth, healing, connection with family and your purpose and mission in life.
My mission is to help you discover your inner light and to flourish as a human being.
I have dedicated my life to guide people on their journey to be their best selves and creating an attitude of love, self-care, generosity, abundance, and prosperity.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
I have a very strong power of compassion and connecting with people, which generates a connection with the client, who feels safe and ready to transform. Everything we do in life involves human beings or others… So create good relationships, see the next one, it also has its own story.
Resilience and determination, I wasn’t always resilient but I learned that for everything in life we need it… We need to dedicate ourselves to making something happen, at least putting our energy into it to develop. It’s not enough to choose, we have to believe and bet on it…
The art of manifestation when I started to understand that everything depends exclusively on me… I started to change my thoughts and attitudes… The art of manifesting is a science that you can be a master at, always study and try to be better, develop yourself as a person and human being.
To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
Without a doubt, they worked together to bring me into the world… Gave me life! Gave me education! LOVED me! Protected me! I am eternally grateful to my parents for bringing meaning to the word LOVE, CARE, RESPECT…
And so I can teach many clients who have never had this and really DON’T KNOW WHAT IT MEANS… Thank you, Mom Marcia Coelho, infinitely, for everything, for my life! Thank you, dad, Jose, for teaching me how to connect with people…
And a special thank you to my husband, Isaac Hess, who always supports me and is by my side as we grow together. My love who, together with me, brought the best gift of my life, my daughter MOANA, my little package of love, and made me the best version of myself = MOM. Thank you God!
