Meet Ms Hitch

We were lucky to catch up with Ms Hitch recently and have shared our conversation below.

Ms, so good to have you with us today. We’ve got so much planned, so let’s jump right into it. We live in such a diverse world, and in many ways the world is getting better and more understanding but it’s far from perfect. There are so many times where folks find themselves in rooms or situations where they are the only ones that look like them – that might mean being the only woman of color in the room or the only person who grew up in a certain environment etc. Can you talk to us about how you’ve managed to thrive even in situations where you were the only one in the room?

I always love getting this question because it allows me to speak on some topics that go far beyond the surface. In the space I am in in my life and my career, I understand the art and beauty of human differences. Living in America and specifically Los Angeles, California there is a melting pot of different peoples and cultures, that we have the liberty to learn from, and create with. Having to collaborate with all different people, whether its gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality has rewarded me with the knowledge of how people different from me think. I soak up the information and different perspectives people have to offer and I am able to utilize that in my craft to be able to maximize my reach to as many different audiences, and sometimes that requires me to be the only one in the room that is a mother, or a woman , or a black woman. The beauty of working in human relations is I have been able to learn that people are in love with the macabre, and fascinated the wild and unexplainable things they cant understand. So when I am in rooms and spaces where I am one of a kind I use it to my advantage to captivate my audience and give them what they’re looking for because they are already looking anyway. When I am coaching clients or speaking on a panel I am not scared of other people’s perceptions of me because I am confident in my results as the Mental Toughness Love Coach.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Welcome to my vibrant and exciting world! As a Mental Toughness Love Coach, Author, Solutionaire, and Matchmaker , my mission is to help you discover true happiness and unlock your true potential. With years of experience as a dynamic mental toughness coach, I’ve empowered countless individuals to conquer obstacles and create a better well rounded version of themselves and becoming love. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, relationships, or career hurdles, I’m here to provide the guidance and support you need to go from survival mode to thrival mode.

I started this business with the thought in mind to be the people’s champ, Mental health has always been an underserved field for the lack of understanding and compassion. As awareness rose, I have been able to cultivate a successful career in mental health preventative care, or as I call it Mental toughness love Coaching. I have found a gap in the market which is the step before destruction, where I intervene and get to the root of problems as they come up, in business, personal development, and relationships. I do this by building instant rapport with people and being relatable using class and charisma.

Through my groundbreaking book, “Why do Married Men Cheat,” I delve into the intricate dynamics of infidelity and relationships, offering insights to help you forge stronger and more gratifying connections with your partner. This book was only the start of my “MTLC” I was able to connect with men, and women in marriages and pour some new found perspectives into their situations to help them understand more about themselves, their partners, and their marriages.

I am looking to change the landscape in urban society when it comes to the way people view relationships. I aim Hitch Enterprises to become the standard and create it’s own industry. Ms.Hitch as a coach is moving the needle into more challenging clients and wowing them with my over the top personality and coaching tactics and as a brand I am working on so much new material including a cookbook, the sequel to my best seller “Why Married Men Cheat” and “How to stay sane in an Insane World”, as well as some upcoming televised projects, and so much more to serve the relationship space.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Faith, Belief in yourself and a higher power, and Self-motivation and becoming your own cheerleader are the three main things that have helped me. Faith was impactful to me because it gave me something bigger to believe in, and let me know that the journey is not about me. The biggest reward on any journey is parallel to the things you learn along the way during the process. While working towards a bigger picture you have to have the faith to believe that the journey you have been dedicated to is bigger than you, and it takes constant faith and belief to become more than yourself. Learning how to relax in the process is important because the journey does not always have a destination; self discovery is a lifelong process. Any venture you take whether professional, romantic, or personal will always will put you back on a path of self discovery. Self Motivation, allows other qualities to shine through, like resilience, confidence, self awareness. This is important because people around you won’t always have the same fire, insight, or vision that you may have regarding building a brand, a business, and building yourself ,ultimately if you keep yourself grounded and rooted in your beliefs and visions you will keep pushing yourself and succeed.

My best advice would be to enjoy the process, and to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. When you have the belief in your vision and in your dreams, holding true to those things is the most important, because with the belief that God will come through with the dream he promised you; you can focus on building yourself and moving on God’s time and not mans time. And lastly don’t move in fear and move on Faith that what your striving to achieve will happen.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

My biggest area of growth has been; Learning How To Say No and following my intuition. Intuition is one of the most underrated tactics of being successful in life. Typically when your first mind tells you something you should believe it. Often times we will put ourselves in situations that were 100 percent avoidable due to not following your gut instinct when situations occur. This boils over into other areas of our lives, because we should first operate on a playing field of God’s grace and having the discernment to see or feel when you are or aren’t supposed to be somewhere or interact with some people. Building a tighter connection with God will eventually put you in a space of peace and quiet that will allow your gut intuition to decipher what is and isn’t meant for you, and filter out the noise.
