Meet Racha Aimach

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Racha Aimach a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Racha, so good to have you with us today. We’ve got so much planned, so let’s jump right into it. We live in such a diverse world, and in many ways the world is getting better and more understanding but it’s far from perfect. There are so many times where folks find themselves in rooms or situations where they are the only ones that look like them – that might mean being the only woman of color in the room or the only person who grew up in a certain environment etc. Can you talk to us about how you’ve managed to thrive even in situations where you were the only one in the room?

Being authentic is the key!
I learned that being my self and embrace who I’m is the way to be successful.

Being different is a powerful quality. You will be a point of interest to others

Another main point for that be genuine with your interest in others work and ask informative questions, that can start great conversations in return is a key for others to be interested in your work, and create real connection and relationships that lead to being successful.

Everyone loves to get to know the person behind the brand!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Hey!
My name is Racha Aimach, I’m the founder of Fabyoulista, an event decorations company.

We started by using balloons decorations, found our passion in making events Fabolously looking took the decorations to a different level with unique backdrop, maybe centerpieces.

Still loves using balloons in my setups, but I can see how exciting using other materials for decorations, using wood, sequins and fabric to create amazing master pieces for different celebration.

As I’m celebration focused business, my job is filled with joy as I share the joyful occasions going around my community. As I’m mainly local.

I get to celebrate a lot of birthdays weddings, back to school, moms to be, graduations and much more.

Simply I’m here to spread joy

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Passion
Patience
Continues learning

My advice for the one just started, seek knowledge first, practice always, be kind to everyone, appreciate the little things you do until you get to the big jobs you wish for.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

First and a long the way my family.

Biggest supporters from day one, not only support in every aspect of my small business, they also provided me with a lot of advices in how to run a business, as they have a business adninistration backgrounds and they run their own business.

Not only but also, hands on support and help. I love them. I can’t be who I’m now without every single one of them.

Also I can’t not mention my bestie on the field, she is the only one that listens to every single boring detail. And support by advice and ideas we grow together.

One final big supporter in my beautiful community and my city business chamber. I really learned a lot from them I got love, support and sense of the big family.
