Meet Tiago Carlotto

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tiago Carlotto . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tiago below.

Tiago , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

That’s not a easy question.
While I grew up in singing in choirs and church groups, I used to close my eyes and connect to God and just sing. After I started to work with pop, eletronic, and songs that are lottery tickets it was really hard to understand what I could be doing, or what was my purpose. And I realized that music makes me happy and I just wanted people to feel happy as well when listen to my songs.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am Tiago Carlotto, and I am living in the states for 10 years now. This June ‘24 I was officially naturalized American via my citizenship journey.
I am a singer/songwriter/producer and I have passion as well for horses since early age.
I have a body of songs out, and I just broke apart with my old label. Now I feel is the right moment to deep dive within and explore my freedom, musically, personally, artistically.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I think persistence is key. Allow yourself to make mistakes. And keep an avalanche of content coming, I know it cost money and time, but do your best with what you have. It will help open the doors.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Absolutely. I believe in the power of collaboration, musicians, artists, all areas, let’s connect, explore and build together!
