Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Yadusha Williams. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Yadusha, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Finding my purpose has often stemmed from adversity and challenges I’ve faced. I believe that difficult situations, whether they arise from circumstances beyond my control or from my own mistakes, have a way of revealing new paths and opportunities. For me, these moments become a catalyst for growth and change. When confronted with a tough situation, I focus on what I can do to overcome it, using the experience as a learning opportunity to gain knowledge and make better choices moving forward. This process of turning adversity into a driving force for positive action has helped shape my purpose and direction in life.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My name is Yadusha, and I wear many hats in my professional life. I’m the mother of four wonderful children, and I run several businesses, including a tax software business, a tax preparer business, and a mobile notary business called Justice Mobile Notary. Justice Mobile Notary provides essential notary services with convenience and reliability, and you can find us online at www.justicemobilenotary.com, as well as on social media at x.com/vegasnotary, instagram.com/justicemobilenotary, and facebook.com/justicemobilenotary.
One of the most exciting aspects of my work is the flexibility it offers, allowing me to be present for my children and their education. I’m passionate about homeschooling them, with a focus on integrating business management, home economics, and finance into their curriculum. This approach not only prepares them academically but also equips them with practical life skills.
In addition to my business and homeschooling, I serve as the state director for BLEXIT Nevada. In this role, we plan to host events aimed at bringing education and fun to the community. These events are designed to promote community engagement and awareness on various important issues.
Separately, I am launching a podcast called YADUSHA Unfiltered. The podcast aims to address crucial community issues such as the economy, taxes, education, safety, and voting rights. Our goal is to increase community involvement, volunteerism, and voter participation. We aim to educate and engage listeners, including those who may hold different perspectives, to foster understanding and positive change.
What’s particularly special about my journey is the ability to blend my professional endeavors with my passion for education and community service. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that I’m making a tangible difference in both my family’s life and my community.
As for new developments, my podcast is set to launch soon, and I’m looking forward to seeing the impact it will have. We’re planning to host various events and discussions to further our mission of community engagement and education.
You can find me on social media at @iamyadusha on TruthSocial, Rumble, X, Twitter, and Instagram.
Thank you for allowing me to share my story. I’m excited about the future and the positive changes we can all bring about together.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, I believe three key qualities or areas of knowledge were most impactful in my journey: a love for research, faith, and resilience.
First, my love for researching various topics has been instrumental in building my knowledge and understanding. It allows me to approach challenges with a well-informed perspective and make better decisions. For those early in their journey, I recommend nurturing a curiosity for learning. Don’t hesitate to delve into different subjects, as this broadens your horizons and equips you with the tools needed to tackle diverse situations.
Second, staying connected to my faith by regularly attending church has been a cornerstone for me. It keeps me grounded and reminds me to follow God as my true father and leader. For those starting out, I advise finding a source of spiritual or moral guidance that resonates with you. This can provide a strong foundation and sense of purpose, especially during challenging times.
Finally, the willingness to accept fault for things that happened in my past and moving forward with hard work, determination, and dedication has been crucial. Acknowledging your mistakes is the first step towards growth and improvement. To those beginning their journey, I encourage embracing resilience. Understand that setbacks are part of the process. If you are passionate about something, don’t give up until God tells you to. Remember, everything isn’t meant for you no matter how much you want it, and sometimes the best paths are those we don’t anticipate.
In summary, keep learning, stay grounded in your values, and be resilient in the face of challenges. These qualities will serve you well on your journey.
