Hi Ash, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

My confidence and self-esteem were built through consistent effort and challenges. Daily practice honed my skills, and successes on stage reinforced my confidence. Embracing feedback as a tool for growth and having the support of my peers and fans were also crucial. Above all, believing in my music and passion has been the foundation of my confidence and self-esteem.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

What excites me the most about my work is the ability to connect with listeners on a profound level through my compositions and performances. Music has the unique power to transcend words and convey feelings, and harnessing that power is my ultimate mission.

I am currently producing the debut track for QJ QUIK and his daughter Damyiah Mornaé. This collaboration marks a special project that kickstarts her music career. I’m passionately dedicated to bringing out her talent and creativity to pave a new path in music. Details will be announced on my and label’s (#8B8 Records) Instagram, so stay tuned for updates.

Through my music and endeavors, I hope to inspire and bring joy to as many people as possible. Music is my passion, and I look forward to sharing that passion with everyone.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The qualities that have most impacted my life and career are perseverance, adaptability, and teamwork. For those starting their journey, I advise setting clear goals, persevering through challenges without fear of failure, and valuing collaboration with others.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes, I am currently looking for partners and collaborators. I recently launched my own label and am interested in working with talented artists and creators from various fields, not just music. I am also keen to collaborate with those who want to work at the label or intern. Additionally, I welcome companies from various industries that are interested in collaborating with our projects.
