We were lucky to catch up with Litan-Halle (LH) Wineberg recently and have shared our conversation below.

Litan-Halle (LH), so glad you were able to set aside some time for us today. We’ve always admired not just your journey and success, but also the seemingly high levels of self-discipline that you seem to have mastered and so maybe we can start by chatting about how you developed it or where it comes from?

my Self- discipline comes from self love – I honor my self , I love my self , so I’m always showing up – for my number 1 love&fan: ME ;)- #selflobeclub 😜🤘

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I’m a well known actress creator and influencer that came to “PLANET HEART” to make it “PLANET HEART” ;)I’m doing&giving it All I can for my bestie partner GOD , and our light&love kingdom above the sky .

I’m here to try and open many hearts as I can – and I do it in many ways , not only trough my art and my roles , but also by my infinite brave choice to always be REAL- people think that “ being kind “ means to be fake – I truly believe that it’s time for us to understand the REAL meaning of being kind – as I see it , first you have to be fully KIND to YOURSELF and YOURSELF FULLY” – as souls , we play roles in other souls journeys – we are always also the teacher and also the student- sometimes being kind will be to stand against the smily faces , because they were supposed to learn the lesson , if people will keep wearing a smiley face just because they hold the belief that this is what “being kind” stands for.. ? Well to many souls will stay in the shadows. So please in the name of LOVE ;
if you don’t agree with someone else opinion – don’t agree with it just because you want to be loved – love yourself unconditionally so you will always be full enough from the inside to “shout out”
Your truth 😉

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. The art of being real and brave
2. The art of faith in me and GOD
3. The super hero mind which I train every day for years by saying and practicing gratitude.

My best advice is to always choose
HOPE & LOVE -Like my name (LH)

Because this is a choice that no one else can take away from us – no matter how “dark” is our life journey.. *HOPE&LOVE” will always feed the soul , and will promise a chance to find a sparkle of LIGHT, and LIGHT???
Well LIGHT always WINS.
Take it from ME , I always choose me , I always choose LH ;).

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

I’m gonna surprise you and I’ll say they got divorced-

The process of healing this part of my childhood brought me so much precious gifts – it thought me about unconditional love, about compassion, about different life experiences and how they effects our adult life .. today I can honestly say thank you mom and dad for having the courage to be real! To be real and loyal to your emotions- –
Staying LOYAL to ourselves keeps our heart open .. and an open heart?
