Meet Diana Chastain

We were lucky to catch up with Diana Chastain recently and have shared our conversation below.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I have shared my parenting journey since I was pregnant with my daughter. I liked to share about the parenting ups and downs. Now, recently I became a single mom and I have been sharing about my healing and wellness journey.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Brand yourself. Learn to adapt. Stay organized.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

Journal. Writing down my thoughts and organize what I’m thinking has been helpful in healing, learning, and growing. I like the old school pen and paper.
