Hi Arly , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I got my work ethic from being the oldest daughter. As a first-generation daughter, I expect to succeed and support my family. I have always strived to do my best in academics, work, and personal life. Not only that but watching my immigrant parents work hard every day to provide everything they do for my siblings and me. I thank them for doing all they can and I hope I can return that favor to them.

Hello everyone! My name is Arly Canizales and I am a content creator who does a little of everything showcasing my life to my audience. I love being able to share things I love and being as real as I can. This past year, I have not created the best content, and the feeling of burnout, but I am slowly coming back and creating better quality content.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The three most important qualities to have is passion, balance, and patience. At times it has been hard not seeing any growth or engagement in my videos as normal, but continuing to have passion keeps me going. Balance keeps these in line and helps you grow as a person.

I am always interested in collaborating with others! I am looking for other creators or companies that focus on beauty and lifestyle, find a way to mix our styles, and create content that works on both our platforms.
