Meet Natalia Guzman

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Natalia Guzman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Natalia below.

Hi Natalia , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My biggest role model is my mom! She is an incredibly smart and hard working woman. She worked 24/7 to give me and my sisters the best life possible. As a little girl, I recall seeing her wake up at 3 am to study then get ready for an 8 hour work day and then to school she went.
She taught me to be a strong and independent woman. Forever I will be grateful

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I have been a nurse for 10 years. My main goal as a nurse was to help people and now I get to do that every day. I consider myself so lucky and blessed that I get to help and make people happy every day.
As an aesthetic nurse injector, I get to change peoples lives. I help them feel good about themselves, I help them feel beautiful and confident. Being part of my patients aesthetic journey is the reason I wake up every.

I am most excited about my new project, Atelier Aesthetix. Atelier Aesthetix, is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA. Atelier Aesthetix is the new safe haven I’m building for everyone looking for aesthetic treatments. At Atelier Aesthetix I want patients to feel safe and taken care of. It is a state of the art on stop shop for all beauty needs. As a medical provider my goal is to always provide the newest and safest aesthetic treatments.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

When I look back to my journey as an aesthetic nurse 3 qualities that were most impactful in my journey and growth were were me being proactive, positive and patient.
It is not easy being an aesthetic nurse injector. As a beginner you must work very hard to develop your skill and even now at 10 years of practicing aesthetic medicine I continue to learn on a daily basis.
Aesthetics is a field of medicine that is changing on a daily basis, my advice for others looking to get into the field is to invest in themselves. Education and trainings are the only way to get better in this field. Keep going and stay positive and be patient with yourself.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?

Opening a new medical aesthetics business comes with a whole set of challenges. Instead of naming each particular challenge, I think I prefer to say what I am doing to overcome these challenges. I have been working on being patient, staying positive, I have learned to ask for help, and taking life one day at a time
New businesses can be extremely overwhelming and sometimes it feels like drinking water out of a firehose. Thank god for my family, my patients and friends, because I wouldn’t be able to do it without them. I am eternally grateful for all their support.
