Hi Juan, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My worth ethic comes from being surrounded by hard working people all my life. It all started seeing my father always working ever since I can remember and still does to this day and I can honestly say he’s someone I look up to as well are both of my grandmas. One of them is no longer with us due to loosing her battle with cancer a few years ago but when I tell you her work ethic was unmatched, you’d always see her doing something every time you saw her. My other grandma is still around and the stories my mother would tell me growing up and to this day I can assure you she is a definition of a hustler especially having to raise 5 children on her own. Great to say being surrounded with people like them made me have the work ethic I now have and being blessed to have the opportunities to fulfill it and show the world with hard work and discipline you’re able to accomplish everything you choose to do so in life. It’s all about being persistent and stacking wins no matter big or small you’ll eventually get to where you want to be at in life and eventually you’ll look back and see how far you’ve come.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Who am I? I am an artistically and detail oriented person who has a close attention to detail which comes from being a Licensed Master Barber for over a decade before transitioning into the Auto Detail Industry. Ever since a young age I’ve always had a passion for cars which made sense for me to get into auto detailing a dream especially having the opportunities to be able to do some of the best cars out there anything from exotics to super cars, and luxury car brands like, Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati, etc. Luxe Precision Detail is your home of honest car care and maintaining your vehicle to its best condition which isn’t easy as you’d think. It takes science and understanding of the Ph chart to be able to know what is needed to perform a proper job well done and ensure no damage to any vehicle surface. Even the water that you use makes a huge difference for the end product which is why we use only deionized water for the entire wash process and even to dilute the chemicals in order for them to work at their full potential and to leave a spot and streak free finish behind. The services we offer are anything from average even from a basic detail all the way to a paint correction and ceramic coatings. What is a paint correction and ceramic coating? A paint correction revives and restores your paint back to a showroom shine with no swirl marks or scratches and a ceramic coating helps lock everything in and adds protection to your paint from the outside elements in order to keep it staying at that state for the life of the ceramic coating along with making the wash process much smoother and efficient. If it has a painted and clear coat surface rest assured we are able to service it wether it be a vehicle, boat, or trailer we will make it look it’s best and leave you satisfied time and time again. We’ve had the opportunity to have done vehicles for MLB players like Lance McCuller from the Houston Astros and Brandon Belt from the Toronto Blue Jays. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most impactful qualities for me were discipline, work ethic, and honesty. Discipline definitely being number one. Especially on the days where you don’t feel like doing anything which are the most important days where getting it done counts the most. Most like to say it’s motivation but being motivated comes and goes but being disciplined stays forever. My advice to anyone who’s looking to improve their life in general is to get out of your head and take life day by day and do better even it’s 1% at a time. No matter what you do, do it with integrity. Remember that nothing great in life comes easy and to always strive for more and don’t ever get comfortable in life as there is always room for improvement in every aspect in your life.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client are those who take pride in what they drive and care for the appearance of not only their vehicle but also themselves. We strive for satisfaction every time and assure you that we’ll leave every job to our liking and care for your vehicle as if it were to be our own.
