Meet Anthony “Mann” Carpenter

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Anthony “Mann” Carpenter . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Anthony “Mann”, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.

I just focus on my craft and art . I don’t waste time on worrying if a person is doing their job . If they aren’t talking then obviously you’re not making any noise so I believe haters matter too ‼️ I’m too driven to let anyone or anything stop me but God . When it’s over it’s over, until then this is what I’m doing, and raising my kids.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Hello World I’m Mann Born and Raised in Dallas Tx.An artist and label owner who had inspiration from several other moguls and musicians in the entertainment industry. I’m a professional photographer, graphic designer , performer, songwriter. B4M Records , StreetMadeTV are my companies. I have a very unique talent with a camera and I love filming and capturing the greatest and most special moments in life. I have a drive for writing and performing songs from my catalog along side my business partner Fetti Bagz . We actually have a joint album set to be released soon titled “Out Da Mudd” . My Solo project “Tap In To Texas” is available on all streaming platforms ‼️ I’m just super excited about the new upcoming album because Fetti Bagz and I put so much work into it S/O DMoney for engineering and DJNiceEnuff S/O IAMDRUMKING for the fire production and KE On The Track

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I had to learn everything I could about the business as well as growing as a brand and growing as an artist. You gotta have the Drive , Determination and Believe in Yourself 100% No matter if you’re the only person who believes in you never quit, never give up on yourself. No matter what happens don’t ever stop going ‼️

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

Personally I’d like to acknowledge Kayman Mitchell aka Koncrete Slab he’s been a mentor, a brother , as well as a peer in this field. He’s given me plenty of advice and game on how to move and grow throughout my journey. I studied moguls such As Master P (No Limit), JT The Bigga Figga (Independent Game) J Prince (RapALot) whom all own Independent Labels. I just followed their blueprint and took knowledge from each of their books and applied it to what I’ve built.
