Arian, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I get my work ethic from my mother. She’s always been a hard worker she has always been a go getter and eager to work. She’s a workaholic as most people call her. She loves her job and she likes to get the work done and come up with more things to do afterwards that could benefit her company. As I’ve grown up watching my mother be this way it has grown onto me to be like that myself about things I’m very passionate about such as modeling and helping others get started in their modeling career.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I am a professional model with a passion for guiding aspiring models on their journey. I offer personalized coaching, assist with their first photoshoot, and help them craft a standout comp card. I provide essential training in modeling basics and open doors to brand ambassador opportunities for those interested. I also give them the chance to decide if they want to join an agency or not if so I give them my recommendations that fit best for them.

I proudly model for top fashion designers in Cincinnati, have made appearances in music videos, and strut my stuff in runway fashion shows. What excites me most about modeling is its artistic freedom—transforming into anything you envision and expressing endless creativity.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Time management, posture in modeling and to move the whole time sometimes the pose will feel weird but it will actually look really good. Advice I would have for people who are early in their journey would be to ask for help if you know someone that’s really good at the craft and great at the things you would like to develop or improve in then reach out to them see how they can help and if they are willing to help. If not see if they have any recommendations. You will eventually come across someone who is willing to help. It also helps to do the research and watch videos and practice with yourself and someone who’s already a model.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes, I am looking to collaborate with well known celebrities with their own business one in particular is Jess Hilarious. I love her glasses and her gym clothing line. I have purchased from both of her lines. I get compliments on them all the time and get asked a lot of questions about them. I have a vision of a photoshoot that I would love to do with her glasses brand MessyVision Eyewear” as well as her fitness brand “Dr.Who”. I plan to collaborate with her one day if I get the chance. I would help like to get the word spread out there more about her products and see people in my city repping it.
