There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Perry always gives his best and knows that treating his staff well is key to great service. He treats his workers like family, which makes them give their best.
What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
There is never a perfect moment, which is why, in recent months, we’ve faced every challenge head-on as a united team. Together, we tackle each situation with determination and resolve. The cornerstone of our success is unwavering communication, enabling us to overcome any differences and emerge stronger.
