Meet Milton Steppe

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Milton Steppe. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Milton below.

Milton, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

I draw my resilience from my mother. As a single parent until I was about 10 years old, she tirelessly worked three jobs to make ends meet. Despite her efforts, there were times when the rent, electricity, or water bills fell short, and services were cut off. I vividly remember returning to school without the necessary supplies or clothes, and despite her reaching out to family and friends for help, none was given. Undoubtedly, there were moments she must have felt like giving up, but she never did. Witnessing her struggles and determination taught me to be the person I am today. She instilled in me the belief that when you want something, you must find a way to achieve it. No excuses—just determination and action.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am passionate about helping companies articulate their evolving stories. Especially when they’ve reached a pivotal moment of growth and transformation, I thrive on capturing and conveying their new narrative. From rebranding and website redesign to social media platforms and more, we excel at seamlessly integrating these stories across all channels, ensuring that every aspect of their brand reflects their journey and achievements.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Reflecting on my journey, three qualities that have been most impactful are my background in sales, design, and team sports. Each has contributed uniquely to my growth and success. For those early in their careers, my advice is to surround yourself with the most successful individuals, both within and outside your department. Seek out mentors, observe their habits, and learn from their experiences. Additionally, never stop learning—embrace opportunities to acquire new skills and knowledge, whether directly related to your field or not. This continuous growth mindset will set you apart and propel you forward.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes, we are actively seeking partners and collaborators. We are particularly interested in connecting with companies within the digital marketing industry, such as small agencies and video production companies, that do not offer the services we provide, including web and app development, SEO, and advertising. By collaborating, we can mutually benefit from each other’s expertise and offer comprehensive solutions to our clients. If you are interested in exploring partnership opportunities, please reach out. Together, we can enhance our service offerings and achieve greater success.
