Meet Maximillian Naza

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Maximillian Naza. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Maximillian, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Let me break it down for you. Confidence and self-esteem—they’re like building a fortress, brick by brick. Finding humor in every situation is key. When you can laugh at life’s curveballs, you start realizing you can handle anything.

It’s not all fun and games, though. Knowing your stuff is crucial. When you speak the truth and back it up with facts, people can’t help but listen.

Early on, my environment played a significant role. They believed in me even when I didn’t know I could do something. Most of the time, I didn’t know because I’d never done it before. But getting it done showed me I could.

Trial and error were my greatest teachers. Each time I faced the unknown and succeeded, I set a new precedent for myself. With every challenge, I grew more confident.

Strategically, it’s all about having a plan. You don’t just waltz into a room and demand respect. You earn it by being thoughtful, methodical, and always two steps ahead.

And let’s not forget style. Confidence and flair go hand in hand. It’s about owning your unique swagger and being unapologetically yourself.

So, in essence, it’s a mix of humor, knowledge, strategy, trial and error, and a whole lot of charisma. That’s how I’ve built my confidence and self-esteem.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Let’s get into what fuels my journey. I started out in the tech world, having studied Computer Science in college, which led me to a career as a software engineer. But as life unfolded, I realized my true calling laid beyond coding.

Right now, I’m an entrepreneur with my main focus on PasciVite, a media agency that I’ve built from the ground up. Beyond that, I’m a shareholder in various exciting ventures, always looking for the next big thing.

Here’s a fun twist—stand-up comedy is my all-time favorite hobby. I’ve been cracking jokes since high school, and I’ve yet to get a banana peel thrown at me, so I must be doing something right!

But let’s talk about the new kid on the block, Hope Records. This is a project we just soft-launched, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Hope Records is a music accelerator with a mission to empower independent artists. We provide them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to make a living off their craft. It’s about more than just making music; it’s about creating opportunities and supporting dreams.

I’m particularly excited about what’s next for Hope Records. I’d love for your readers to check out our website (https://hoperecords.org) and follow on our various socials to stay in the loop.

In essence, my journey is a mix of tech foundation, entrepreneurial spirit, and a dash of humor. From software engineering to running a media agency, and now, venturing into the music industry, it’s all about blending passion with purpose.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three qualities have been absolutely pivotal in my journey: honesty, grit, and integrity. Being honest has helped me build strong, trusting relationships. Grit has kept me pushing forward, no matter the obstacles. Integrity has been my guiding principle, ensuring I always stay true to my values.

In terms of skills, being a fast learner has been critical. This ability allows me to adapt quickly and stay ahead, whether I’m diving into a new project or tackling an unexpected challenge.

Now, for those early in their journey, here’s my advice: First and foremost, do the work. There’s no substitute for putting in the effort and grinding it out. Learn, adapt, and don’t be afraid to fail. Second, be delusional in the best way possible. Believe in your dreams even when they seem far-fetched. That unwavering belief can be a powerful motivator.

To develop honesty, grit, and integrity, always hold yourself accountable. Surround yourself with people who challenge and support you. Cultivate a mindset where learning is continuous and failures are merely stepping stones to success.

So, in essence, focus on doing the work, embrace a bit of delusional belief in your goals, and prioritize honesty, grit, and integrity. These elements together can create a powerful foundation for your journey.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Absolutely! I’m always on the lookout for talented independent artists and musicians eager to collaborate and make their mark in the industry. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced professional, I’d love to hear from you.

What truly matters is your passion for your craft, your drive to succeed, and a strong work ethic. If you’re committed to your artistry and ready to take on new challenges, we could be a great match.
