Fernanda, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

My family has a strong lineage of women, especially my two grandmothers, who were both single mothers due to the early loss of their husbands. They were both incredibly strong

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I’m a people person who thrives on connecting with others, whether it’s chatting with strangers or making new friends along my travels. I value experiences over material things, finding joy in the beauty of a good sunset or the warmth of a meaningful conversation.

To truly master your skills or craft, it’s important to work on them every day. The key is to enjoy what you do and make the process fun. Life should be seen as a journey, not just a destination. This perspective is captured perfectly in one of my favorite quotes: ‘Life is a journey, not a destination.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

My parents have been incredible advisors throughout my life. They’ve helped me overcome some of the biggest challenges, always reminding me to stay strong and that life’s ups and downs are just part of the journey. They’ve been instrumental in keeping me grounded and sane in this crazy world, helping me stay centered and focused on what truly matters.
