Meet Tiffani Walker

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tiffani Walker a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffani, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.

You know, I’ve always thought I was a pretty positive person until about seven years ago or so. I saw a post somewhere about a mental diet challenge and was intrigued. The concept of a mental diet is to basically cut out everything that doesn’t make you feel good mentally.

For some people, that might be watching certain TV shows or movies, and for others, it could be keeping your distance from certain people. Along with that, you also stay on top of your thoughts and catch yourself when you think anything negative.

I thought this mental diet would be a cake-walk, but it ended up being so much harder than I thought!

I couldn’t believe how many times I caught myself thinking something negative about myself, someone else, an item, a situation… literally everything!

It was super disheartening, but I kept it up because I knew there was extreme value in this exercise. After about two weeks, I noticed that there were fewer negative thoughts I had to catch. And it just kept going down from there.

I still keep up a mental diet to this day! I’m very particular with who I follow on social media, what I watch, who I let in my (very tiny) circle, etc. It has honestly made me a better person. A more mindful person.

I’m very thankful for that person all of those years ago who posted that challenge. I wish I could remember who it was so I can thank them myself. They really did change my life!

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

What makes me most passionate about my coaching business is the opportunity to truly support women on their personal development journeys. I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to navigate tough times alone. I went through a period in my life where I felt like I couldn’t talk to anyone about what I was going through, and it was during that time that I realized I didn’t want any other woman to experience that same loneliness. Being there for my clients as they have breakthroughs, aha moments, and profound realizations is the most rewarding feeling in the world. I can’t get enough of this work!

I’m currently working on an exciting new product called Lucky Girl Bootcamp, a 21-day challenge designed to increase luck and serendipity in your life. I’m thrilled to launch this soon and can’t wait to see the impact it will have!

Interestingly, I stumbled upon life coaching purely by chance. I had no idea what it was until I saw a Facebook ad about becoming a coach. Curious, I clicked on it, and everything just fell into place for me—I knew this was my calling. I knew I wanted to help women who shared my passion for personal development and spirituality.

I was torn between two programs that taught life coaching. To choose the right program for my training, I asked the universe for a sign—a knight in shining armor if one program was right one for me, and a calla lily if the other was the one I needed to go with. A few days later, while watching Only Murders in the Building (LOVE Steve Martin!) on Hulu with my husband, I loudly gasped when the characters passed a knight in shining armor in an apartment hallway! That sealed the deal for me, and I’ve never looked back. It was a powerful confirmation that I was on the right journey, and I’m so thankful!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are openness, resilience, and a deep love for growth. Embracing a mindset of continuous learning has been key to developing these qualities. I’m absolutely obsessed with reading and taking courses, and this passion has fueled my growth. Influential mentors like Wayne Dyer, Dr. Eve Agee, and Eckhart Tolle have guided me, and I can’t recommend Josie Robinson’s The Gratitude Jar enough—I was already practicing gratitude, but this book lit a spark in me that’s been burning ever since I read it two years ago!

For anyone just starting their journey in personal development, my biggest piece of advice comes from Bruce Lee: be like water. Embrace change, stay adaptable, and let life flow. This mindset will make your journey so much smoother and more joyful!

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is a spiritually-minded woman who is deeply committed to personal growth and transformation. She’s someone who values self-discovery and is open to exploring new perspectives to unlock her fullest potential. This client is not afraid of diving into her emotions and is ready to embrace change, even if it means stepping out of her comfort zone.

She might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking a deeper connection with her inner self. What makes her ideal is her eagerness to invest in her own growth and her belief in the power of spiritual and personal development. She’s looking for a coach who can provide a nurturing, insightful, and empowering space for her to explore her path and achieve her dreams.

She’s passionate about transforming her life, ready to embrace her unique gifts, and open to a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
