Meet Yume Danae Shanti

We recently connected with Yume Danae Shanti and have shared our conversation below.

Yume Danae , so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

I learned with much trial and error to trust my gut feeling, a whisper from my heart and a sense of intuitive awareness.

When I respect these signals of wisdom, which I call the Voice that is Wise Inside, and follow their promptings everything works out for the best for everyone. I wrote a book about this which teaches people the seven easy steps I call The Hero Formula. the book title is Wise Inside.

I developed my confidence and self-esteem by starting to listen closely, follow my wisdom and receive successful results. I’ve since trained thousands to do the same.

A world with confident people, trusting their heart’s wisdom is a word designated for peace.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I travel internationally holding workshops and classes in two areas; intuition and music

As an author and spiritual mentor, I provide trainings in person and online in The Hero Formula as described in my book Wise Inside; 7 Easy Steps to Access Your Intuition and Live With Confidence. When people live from their intuitive knowing, life becomes much easier to navigate. There’s a lot less emotional drama and trauma.

As the founder of Singing Children Home, I help children who are compromised find their inner hero by finding their own words from inside of themselves to tell their own life story. We collaborate to turn these words into lyrics and ultimately a recorded original song. I believe in self-empowerment and know that the creative process facilitates confidence. This is hugely helpful for children who may confuse who they are, with what their body is going through.

I’ve followed my own intuition since an awakening of sensitivities in 1987. I’ve also performed my entire life. Blending these two skillsets to serve others has been amazing. Many unexpected doors to my dreams opened.

One of these dreams was touring internationally with the Global Harmony Band to raise money to build an orphanage for homeless children. Another dream is the launch of Singing Children Home and it’s signature program PowerSongs.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Three very important qualities I’ve learned about along my life journey are boundaries with self and others, self-care and energy mastery and trusting the seed of the dream inside our souls.

Boundaries have helped me to contain or express my energy as needed in any circumstances and to place myself first in all matters. Like it is said on an airplane, you’ve got to put your mask on first in order to help those around you. As a single Mom and sole provider it was hard sometimes to remember this. When I did practice healthy boundaries, everything went much better and we were well.

Self-care is a non-negotiable. If we don’t have our health mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically we have no way to experience our lives with presence and energy. We cannot truly serve another if we are spent. Too many women in a patriarchal society have learned to put their needs last. This is detrimental to everyone. Self-care helps us to mange our life force energy so that we are resourced and nourished instead of drained and resentful.

We were born with a dream in our souls. We incarnated to have the choice to fulfill this dream. A dream isn’t necessarily an occupation. It could be as simple as learning unconditional love. It can be as grand as being world renowned. Comparing ourselves with others is a sickness of the mind. If we trust what we most love, and who we are, we can do it.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

The PowerSongs project requires teams, everywhere!

I’m creating an international community of musicians, songwriters, music studio owners, children in need of gaining self-esteem and confidence who are living with compromise and a network of people who will sponsor and organize my events of intuition teaching and of music projects for the children.

I can be contacted at [email protected].
