Adam, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
My mom is a retired first grade teacher. She taught me the importance of leading with your heart. Her generosity of spirit is what I hope to embody with SoulfulHerbals.com. The spirit of giving has been an important part of our success. We never got traction as a company until I started paying it forward using my TikTok account and social media. I began to give away kratom products to people in need during the Quarantine and the people got behind me. I received testimonials and endorsements from the people I helped and the kava and kratom community rallied behind my efforts. @plantmedicinemafias generated a following of 96k and a lot of it had to do with our program of helping people in need.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I am on the very cutting edge of the kratom industry. At Soulful Herbals, we provide a variety of herbs at great prices but it is our kratom products that set us apart. We are a small company with a big mission. We are spreading the word about the importance of non pharmaceutical options in a day and age where the herbal industry is under attack. We provide lab tested, gamma processed kratom products to our customers at a fraction of the cost of our competition. Our products are of the highest quality because we use them and give them to our own families. It is our mission to make kratom legal in the USA. Our kratom extracts are of the best quality including a new organic option that tests very high in kratom’s active ingredient Mitragynine.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My decades of experience in the Nutraceutical industry prepared me for success with Soulful Herbals and the future success of Plant Medicine Mafia. While SoulfulHerbals.com is focused on pain relief products, especially kratom, plantmedicinemafia.com is an online farmers market where everyone can get a chance to sell their natural and organic products. It was not enough for me to rail against big Pharma with videos, but I also needed to give people an alternative to pharmaceutical options. Our mission is to create a resource for people to shop locally, ethically and with wellness and community in mind. Plantmedicinemafia.com is launching soon and will give everyone a chance to share their own products and knowledge in a like minded community of people tired of the Big Pharma lies.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
At Plant Medicine Mafia, we are looking to collaborate and help anyone that has a natural product they make with passion and care. We are looking for herbalists, nutritionists, gardeners, chefs, and entrepreneurs from all walks of life looking to change their own lives and the lives of others in a positive way. We hope to empower people to either start or expand their own natural businesses and product lines. I have met people that have great natural products but no way to get the word out about them. The truth is that the most talented people in the natural field, often naturally lack the ability, patience or time to get their product out into the digital world. That is where plantmedicinemafia.com comes in. Plant Medicine Mafia bridges the gap from the struggling entrepreneur in the world of natural products to the world looking to buy these products from passionate individuals. Also, with a home base at Elixir Kava Bar in Hollywood, I have the opportunity to meet with many local artisans and creators looking to sell great natural products.
