Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Yum Mi. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Yum, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

My confidence and self-esteem comes from being told I wasn’t enough most of my life. I now no that I was always enough and the rest is history.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m just a small town girl who broke into modeling. Then moved over to doing some music videos and now I’m working on start my own fitness business.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I was determined early on to be more. I’m a hardworking and organized. I would tell anyone to have a plan and then another plan. You can never be too prepared.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?

I’m overwhelmed a lot and so I take baths to relax lol. I know that sounds silly but it helps me understand that I got this. The only advice I can give is to find what relaxed you and go there.
