Meet Natali Hall

We recently connected with Natali Hall and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Natali, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic comes from a strong line of women and not to take away anything from the men in my family but the women go above and beyond. My paternal grandmother raised 6 boys, so you can only imagine the cooking, sewing, laundry, worrying, and praying she did for her boys. My maternal grandmother raised 5 children and in her lifetime has lost two of them. In the middle of all that, she never gave up. Lost her husband to lung cancer a year after losing her second child to a fatal single car accident, she has continued to keep things in order at her house all alone. She mows, rakes leaves, cleans her house, gardens, goes to church every day and all the while cleaning for a lady in her home and a place of business twice a week. She’s retired from two public jobs and recently at 85 just quite cleaning. My mom has been a realtor for the last 27 years. Put herself through school after my parents divorced, working two jobs before passing her boards for become a fulltime realtor. So having good work ethic is no stranger to me. It has been instilled in me. And I’m glad I have had these ladies as role models. Passing it on to my 18 year old daughter now.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Hello. My name is Natali, and yes that’s with an i and not an e. Guess my mom wanted me to be different from the start. I am from Knottsville Kentucky and graduated from Catholic High school in 1999 and went right into finishing my cosmetology journey. Started doing hair in 2000, and in the 13 year full time career, I got married, built a house, had two children and finished nursing school and not necessarily in that order. I have been a nurse now for 14 years and the last 5 of those I have been an aesthetic injector. I had no idea where this opportunity would take me but I met some incredible people along the way and soon hope to open my own aesthetic establishment. I have had dreams of owning and running my own company one day and it’s getting closer than ever now. I’m not sure yet how I’m going to set myself apart from my competition but between God and my family by my side, it’s all going to work out. So stay tuned!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, three qualities or skills I’d say that were most impactful for me is for one, I never meet a stranger. I’m most certainly a people person. I’m always ready and willing to learn what it takes and get in there and get my hands dirty to get the job done. I’m very active and some say, I don’t let grass grow under my feet. I’m there to make things happen and move on to the next subject. And I’m always asking questions. It’s important if you don’t understand something, then ask. Who cares what others think.
Best advice I can give is to just go for it. Whatever you want in this life and want out of it, you make it happen. Go to school, go get that trade, buy the shoes. Just don’t give up! And make sure you’re not sweating the small stuff.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

When I started the aesthetic injector journey, one of my reps, Amber, had played a very important part in my decision making and process. She was always there to get me educated, making sure I was aware of all the trainings I could attend, marketing strategies. She went above and beyond to help me.
