Meet Stephany Ann

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Stephany Ann. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Stephany, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Through sharing my story on podcasts.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Briefly:

In the midst of Hurricane Ian, my life was torn apart. Our waterfront home, once a sanctuary, now stood ravaged by over five feet of brackish, polluted water. Everything we owned lay in ruins. But little did I know, this storm was merely the physical manifestation of the tempest that had been brewing in my mind for years.

The hurricane wasn’t the beginning, nor was it the end. It was just another wave in a relentless sea of tragedy. A house fire in 2021. My beloved cat, killed. My stepson’s mother, claimed by Covid. A baby born with an extremely rare genetic disorder. We moved to Florida, seeking a fresh start, but the loss followed us like a shadow.

In the hurricane’s wake, my marriage – already on shaky ground – crumbled completely. What followed was a domino effect of destruction that mirrored our demolished home. My husband’s rage. My incarceration. The drowning of my baby. More jail time. The unjust loss of my children and my ex husband committing suicide. And then, as if the universe hadn’t taken enough, my eyesight.

Sitting in the rubble of my old life, I cried out to God. “Why me? What did I do to deserve this?” But in the stillness that followed, I heard a soft voice – my long-buried intuition. “Stephany,” it whispered, “you’re not seeing your life through the right lens. Let go of the victim story. Become the star of your own story.”

For years, I had been a B-actor in the drama of my own existence, stuck in a mindset of loss and lack. I was mired in chaos, disorder, and drama. But as my vision slowly returned, so did clarity. I realized that my mind, like my home, had been hit by a Category 5 hurricane. It was a muddy, disgusting mess that needed to be cleaned, sorted, and rebuilt.

Enter Tara and “Thinking Into Results.” This became my blueprint for reconstruction. I became the most intelligent follower, absorbing everything Tara advised. For the first time in what felt like forever, I had direction. I had hopes, dreams, and desires that were uniquely mine.

I burned the rubbish of my old thinking in an enormous metaphorical bonfire. I scraped away the mold of negative thoughts, took the walls of my mind down to the studs, and then bulldozed the entirety. With nothing but desire, will, and belief, I began to create a new reality.

I wrote my goals 19 times a day for 118 days – 2,242 times in total. The sum of these numbers, 10, symbolized new beginnings and infinite possibility. Magic began to happen. I became an international bestselling author. I shared my story on over a hundred podcasts. I manifested thousands of dollars and cultivated a wealth consciousness.

The catastrophe in my mind has been cleaned. Now, I’m not just cleaning – I’m maintaining and rebuilding. I see my life through a new lens where I am the shining star, creating and building the life I desire. I have become that which I was becoming, and still, there is more to become.

“Be transformed by the renewal of your mind” is no longer just a mantra – it’s my lived experience. I have found all the “for me” that was buried in the “why me.” My life, once a cautionary tale of loss and victimhood, has become a testament to the power of resilience, self-reflection, and unwavering belief in the possibility of change.

This is not the end of my story. It’s the powerful beginning of a new chapter – one where I am both the author and the hero.
