Meet Nile Flame

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Nile Flame. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Nile below.

Hi Nile, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
My optimism? I don’t really think about it, but it must come from a dark place. It’s like shining a flashlight into the darkest parts of my soul and then daily I choose to focus on the light instead of the vast darkness. Optimism is transactional. The price you pay is disassociating from all negativity and a consequence of that can be you become detached from ur reality. Truly it’s not as great as you think. Theirs a balance one must find and you find that through intentional experience in moderation of all emotions.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Choosing to be an independent artist comes with its pros and cons. In this choice I taught myself and paid for courses to learn music creation and music business so I could be an example of going independent from start to finish. Hiphop is my genre of choice because how I see it all music since the 80s derived from HipHop. I’ve discovered my voice in new ways recently and really love adding my voice as an instrument to an instrumental. I have new music coming soon. I do the engineering, song art, marketing and promotion while using what I’ve learn on my journey to independence as an artist. My audience are all apart this world we created called Majestic Gang. A group of Supreme being’s living in their original purpose. They are my loyal supporters. Hear my music and join email list to get notified of what’s to come here http://majesticgang.com

In that journey I discovered a love t for audio engineering and developed other skills that I now provide for other artist and small business owners in the creative space that want to be independent. Started a company for it called Bohemia Studios. Go to bohemiastudios.xyz to learn more.

All that do is to be an example of what being ur original authentic self looks like. Through my experience and life I want others to be inspired to get back to their original self as well.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
For the audio engineers or those learning, remove the bass from ur vocals and mix at right above a conversational tone. The benefits in these two tips are endless.

For artist learn the business. Don’t do anything that cost you money until you’ve learned how ur going to make money and where ur money goes. This will save you headache and give you leverage in rooms where others are uninformed.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
I’ve gotten the most where I focused the most. Respect to all the brands I’ve partnered with, but I created my relationships with all of them selfishly. I did this knowing my intentions are pure and that all in all irl all full circle to my vast vision of being the most independent artist and by doing that I will be helping other reach their goals along the way which is why I created the relationships. To selfishly accomplish my goal and lovingly help others reach theirs, but I’m not waiting on anyone.
