We were lucky to catch up with Baby Delgado recently and have shared our conversation below.
Baby, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
I grew up in trailer parks in the middle of no where in the desert and a very abusive family structure. So my work ethic comes from having no other choice to keep going because I don’t ever want to return to where I came from. And its only been a beautiful journey since then and I cant wait to see what else is in store.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
At my core I love all art but music is what got me into expression. I produce play in band, DJ and archive as well as put on shows. One can say the cosmic communication. Only emotion, no words but everything is understood. A thing you cant touch but it touches you. With trying to make music it lead me into many careers in restaurants and food which is very similiar to making a song. Then to production work. Building sets and lighting models. Which will probably all lead to when I’m older and can finally slow down and get to my paintings.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Be kind, be attentive and work hard. When you feel like giving up push harder. Imagine and dream what you want. Dream for everything because even if you don’t get it your going to get an experience out of it, and in return how ever it works out you will have had no regrets.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Im always looking to collaborate. I have built a recording studio. I feel like collaboration is humanity at its core. In this new era we have so all the color pallets of art discovered. So now its time for us to collaborate and paint while we still can.
