We recently connected with Lacey & Marley Hellenbrand and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Lacey & Marley, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Building confidence and self-esteem as psychic mediums is not easy. During our initial spiritual awakening, we learned we were meant to serve the public for Spirit. Not everyone with spiritual gifts is meant to serve others in this way.

It takes a lot of courage to believe in yourself and be confident in using your spiritual gifts to help others, especially when you’re still learning and understanding your spiritual abilities. We built confidence by educating ourselves through books and podcasts, meeting new people on their spiritual journeys, and providing practice readings and cleansings. We were fortunate to find people who were supportive of our journeys that allowed us a safe place to learn our spiritual gifts with them. It helped us understand our spiritual abilities and how we wanted to help others with our spiritual gifts.

We also took time to look inward and do our own healing. We dedicated time to the practice of meditation and were able to self-reflect and receive guidance from Spirit for inner healing. It’s difficult to facilitate healing for others if you’re not willing to do it for yourself. This practice helped us understand ourselves better, identify outdated belief systems and limitations we place on ourselves, and gave us more self-awareness moving forward as psychic mediums.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Through Twin Essence, we work as psychic mediums to facilitate healing for clients. We offer spiritual readings, spiritual guidance, cleansings, and psychic sweeps. Each client has unique needs, but readings or sessions can include sharing messages from passed loved ones, energy work, understanding lessons from the Universe, breaking generational patterns, understanding one’s life path, Starseed guidance, and more. We connect with Spirit to provide our clients with messages and guidance they need. It’s up to the client to then decide their path forward with the information they received. We work with Spirit to guide each session, and do our best to serve others in whatever way we are called to.

Twin Essence has several new offerings coming. Lacey is offering past life readings where clients can learn and heal from their past life traumas, lessons, patterns, and limitations. Marley is offering Starseed guidance readings where she connects with ancient Starseeds and Oracle cards to provide guidance and insight into the soul’s purpose and calling.

More Starseed offerings are in development as we’ve been experiencing a Starseed activation recently. Starseeds are multidimensional beings with cosmic or galactic origins. Humans can have a Starseed soul where they’ve lived previous lives or incarnations on other planets or galaxies (other than Earth). We’ve uncovered parts of our Starseed origins with several incarnations as these light beings. Connecting with Starseed beings allows us access to different information and to provide different forms of healing for clients. We’re excited to provide more Starseed offerings to clients since it has been a unique part of our spiritual journeys.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The most important qualities in our journeys are authenticity, the ability to say no, and the ability to trust.

We value authenticity in our spiritual work and try to maintain this whether we’re at in-person events or sharing through social media. Authenticity is a quality that builds deep, meaningful connections with others. It allows us to share our true, genuine selves with those we work with and build honest connections. For those struggling to show their authenticity, our advice is to practice self-acceptance. There is no space for self-criticism once you’ve accepted yourself. Self-acceptance leads to the most honest version of you. It means you can learn, grow, and evolve throughout your journey while giving yourself grace when needed.

Early in our journeys, we quickly learned how to say no. It’s important to feel empowered to say no when something doesn’t feel right. If it doesn’t feel right, it’s likely not in alignment with what we believe in or do. Many new businesses feel a desperation to accept whatever opportunities are presented to them which compromises their vision and values. Our advice is to remember that other opportunities will always come along. Don’t feel pressured to say yes if it’s not something that excites you or feels like a step forward. Develop clear boundaries for your business and what you know aligns with it. There’s nothing wrong with saying no to something that doesn’t fit with your vision.

Lastly, our ability to trust has impacted our journey with Twin Essence immensely. Trusting our path and vision has allowed us to receive more easily from the Universe. Trusting helps us create a state of flow in business rather than forcing business decisions. The more we trust and believe in the Universe’s support for us on this path, we’re able to easily maintain alignment with our values as a business. We’re also able to co-create with the Universe and manifest more opportunities in alignment. Learning to trust involves breaking down self-limiting beliefs and letting go of control. It’s essential to release control over how things happen. If you only see one route to accomplishing a goal, you’re limiting yourself. You must believe that what you’re working towards will find you. Don’t attach yourself to how it finds you. Releasing these limitations allows the Universe to open a path to bring your goal to you.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

We enjoy collaborating with small businesses or creatives that resonate with us and the work we do. We’ve led spirit circles, paranormal investigations, workshops, lectures, and more. We’re always open to different opportunities to be creative and share our work with others, whether that be in the form of an event, podcast, photography, art, or something else. We believe it’s important to take opportunities to share our spiritual stories, lessons, and experiences with others because it may help someone on their journey. As long as the opportunity feels like it’s in alignment with us and our values, we’re open to having a conversation about it.
