Meet Teemaree

We recently connected with Teemaree and have shared our conversation below.

Teemaree, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

A strong work ethic is a wonderful thing to have, although I must say it can also evolve over time. My work ethic comes from a mixture of influences. My childhood experiences, how I was raised, and my personal drive/ambition. As a first generation American, there are aspects of the immigrant experience that colored the way I view work. My grandparents and parents worked hard to provide and I saw all of that which then made it normal to me. I also was raised without a lot which made me desire to have and do. Then there s my personal drive and ambition that has always been about striving to feel, have, and be the best I could. Each of these things, gives my work purpose, meaning, and joy.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m an author, an artist, an entrepreneur, and the Best life Coach. I specialize in helping people have breakthroughs in life, health, business, and spirituality. I love my work because it’s also my calling and passion. I love being of service and making a positive difference in the world. I also enjoy seeing how my coaching programs, books, and products benefit people and the people around them. It’s deeply rewarding.

I truly love helping people save time, make money, and live their best lives because I’ve personally seen it’s possible and how many other people/lives are changed when we each step into our personal power.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

When it comes to qualities and skills to succeed in business and in life. These are the three things that are absolutely necessary for success:

1. Be open to learning a different way.
When I began my journey to success, I had a lot of trust issues. Those trust issues got in the way of me being open to learning different ways from people because I didn’t trust people. See how that works? I’m glad I did the work of getting over those trust issues though because being open to learning a different way is necessary to success. Every step will require we learn and true success (even on ideas we come up with) will require ways we don’t know about. We have to be open to learning a different way.

2. Get help.
My journey to success suffered in the beginning because I was unwilling to get help at first. I had trust issues that made me believe that people couldn’t be counted on. This prevented me from asking for help and accepting help when it was offered to me. Unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve success without the help of other people. Living through this, is why I am so passionate about helping others get through this with my coaching. Getting help is necessary. Get help to accomplish your dreams and goals. Have a problem with getting help? Get help on working through your problem with getting help.

3. Be consistent.
Consistency is absolutely necessary to achieving success of any kind and EVERYONE needs help with this! The first step is learning to be consistent, then it’s about taking that consistency and carrying it over to other tasks/areas of life. Finally, it is about being consistent as things change, positive feelings fade, and new tasks are needed and learned. It’s a process! Consistency is possible though and made easier with support. Which is yet another reason why I love providing this for my clients.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

A lot of coaches out there try to say they only help a type of person, specific gender, or type of professional. I understand and respect their decision but I’m more about a person’s heart, driving force, and readiness. I have helped corporate professionals, artists, entrepreneurs, men, women, single parents, empty nesters, retirees, and more.

I love my clients and have had some wonderful professional relationships over the years. My ideal clients are eager to make changes, happy to invest in themselves, and truly looking for help to achieve their next best. They show up, share what’s happening for them, and take action.

If you’re ready to get help and take action to feel better, have better, and be your best, I’m the best life coach for you.
