Meet Stack Profit

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Stack Profit . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Stack, thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?
Creativity, such a hard subject for some artist to keep alive or keep going. I would say Creativity is an important factor to do good in any artistic scene. Although I believe the important part is to keep the authenticity alive, the Creativity will come. If you are authentic to your true self there is no way to fail! The ideas, the actions, the creativity will just flow!

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
At the heart of $P3 lies a narrative of resilience and determination. Our founder (Tristan Profit) , diagnosed with glaucoma at a young age, refused to let his circumstances define him. Instead, he seized the opportunity to create something extraordinary, a platform that transcends the confines of traditional labels and champions the voices of a new generation. $P3 is more than just a record label; it’s a movement. Our mission is simple yet profound: to amplify the voices of marginalized artists, foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment, and use the power of music to effect positive change in our community and beyond.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Stack Profit 3ntertainment has only been around 3 years and has been highly successful. This success would not be possible without belief in the Lord. Our success has also been driven by short term memory. That means when we make a mistake or take a loss we forget about it and keep moving. Even in our highs when we are doing great we have been great and not letting that affect who we are. We also believe in authenticity, we want to push that is is 100% okay to just be you. Nothing beats it, No faking, No lying, just straight vibes along the journey.

Advice that we would like to give to all aspiring musicians, artists, and entrepreneurs is to prove your supporters right and to prove your haters wrong.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
The Bible! You can never go wrong reading the Bible, it has all the answers you need.

Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
God first over ALL, you can’t fail when you are walking in a path with your Heavenly Father.

Proverbs 12:1
“Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but whoever hates reproof(correction) is stupid.”

We understand you can’t learn or improve without this grind and discipline. We also believe in constructive criticism, We wanna know how we can get better at all times!
