Hi Danielle, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

To be completely honest, I’ve had an up-and-down relationship with my confidence and self-esteem. I’ve experienced chapters of immense self-belief and worthiness and also chapters of feeling incredibly unworthy and insecure. Both experiences have been vital for me to understand the importance of confidence and self-esteem when it comes to achieving my goals.

Self-doubt is inevitable when pursuing entrepreneurship, especially in an obscure field like astrology and crystal healing. It’s healthy to some level. It’s only when you let that self-doubt speak louder than your belief in yourself that it wins. Surrounding myself with people who inspire me has been key in overcoming chapters where insecurity creeps into my life. We are here to lift each other up. I have had many mentors, friends, and coaches that have poured into me and I wouldn’t be here without them.

I apply principles of positive psychology in my life daily. Research shows the benefits of focusing on the good things. At the end of the day, we all have a choice of where our energy goes. It does me no good to ruminate or feed my self-doubt, frustration, or anxiety. What you focus on expands in your life. I have dedicated myself to stewarding my energy in the channels that will benefit my goals and dreams, knowing that the healthier & happier I am in my life, the more service I am to everyone around me. It’s a practice.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m an Astrologer, Crystal practitioner, and Energy Coach. What I do is pretty unique, and I never would have guessed that I would call this my job. I’ve continued to let my passion and sense of purpose guide my life over social obligation or following the status quo, and I continue to create a life that I love more and more.

I serve soul searchers who want more for and from their lives by connecting them to their heart consciousness. Each and every one of us is a powerful creator and there is so much more possible for our lives if we choose to follow our hearts. My clients are generally at the point in their own lives where they feel an inner calling to change and are seeking support and guidance on what that looks like and how to do it.

My multi-faceted work is based on principles of quantum physics. Everything is energy. Nothing is actually “physical”. What materializes in your life is a result of the frequency of your energy field. When you tune into your heart and follow what lights you up, you’re emanating a magnetic frequency where you naturally attract and create a brighter life for yourself. Each one of us has a unique vibration, and our energy fields are constantly interacting with and are influenced by the energy fields around us, including the energy field of our solar system at large. Your natal chart is a map of the fundamental energy dynamics your soul came here to experience and evolve through.

I use cosmic dynamics and the coherent vibrational properties of crystals as tools to help my clients understand their own energy, how energy is moving in their lives, shift their frequency, and ultimately create something new in alignment with their hearts. The more people who are living and creating from the heart, the better world we co-create together. I have a larger vision for what I do, and it’s to contribute to a more harmonious, compassionate society.

My offerings include monthly Full Moon Circles where I guide attendees in energy work in sync with the full moon dynamics, single private readings/sessions, and one-on-one work for those who want to go deep into this celestial energy work.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Commitment, self-awareness, and courage are three qualities that have been pivotal in my journey. These qualities have been the foundation for learning every skill I’ve needed to be successful as an entrepreneur. I’ve stayed incredibly committed to the vision I have for my life and knowing what is possible, and this has allowed me to continue to get back up after the many lessons along the way. You only fail when you give up. It’s also been necessary to look at myself and understand my patterns of self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and areas where I can improve. When it comes to following the heart, you can basically guarantee that it will lead you to face your fears. Living with your heart on your sleeve is vulnerable. Putting yourself out there is scary for anyone. Having the courage to move forward anyway is essential and also liberating.

For anyone who wants to develop these qualities, I highly recommend getting a coach or mentor. I’ve spent $20,000+ on personal development over the years, and every single dollar has been worth it. Invest in yourself because you are worth it.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

The most impactful thing my parents did for me was instill in me the belief that I could achieve anything I set my mind to. They taught me the importance of commitment. I have had a job since I was 14 years old because my dad told me that if I wanted something for myself, I had to work for it. My dad loaned me $800 for my first car, and I paid him back monthly, while other kids I went to high school with were given a car. This taught me to appreciate my work ethic and what I earned.

Both my mom and my dad have overcome incredible obstacles to build the life they have, and they continue to inspire me. They empowered me to know my strength and capability to achieve something when I set my mind to it.
