Meet Natyana Gonzalez

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Natyana Gonzalez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Natyana, so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?
Being yourself 112%. One ting about me, I am one outgoing, funny, vibes type of person! I genuinely love to catch vibes wherever I go while creating content to help businesses grow.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m a Florida travel and foodie content creator raised in Tampa. I travel around and create content that showcases delish food places, hidden gems, and fun spots to catch a vibe or go hang out at! From families, to day out with friends or even a date night, I love showing my audience all the dope spots you could visit. It’s always a pleasure meeting owners or discovering new places. Most of the time I haven’t even noticed them! Overall, I love engaging with my audience and giving them some good pointers to try while catching a music vibe throughout my page.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three qualities that I stayed focused on was first, choosing a niche your actually interested in. Then it was actually understanding social media analytics, following being consistent and knowing your audience. Staying true to these skills in your early journey can not only improve your algorithm, but it can also improve getting noticed more on others algorithms. Understanding what time your audience is mainly on your social media platforms, helps achieve better engagement on both ends.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
My biggest improvement in the past 12 months was growing from around 10k followers to having over 50k followers! That was a HUGE accomplishment for me because it’s showing that my hard work was definitely paying off. I just want my audience to have a great vibe, enjoy the vibrant content that I create and overall save that post to hang out on your next outing! 🙂
