We recently connected with Robnitia Weekley and have shared our conversation below.
Robnitia , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Robnitia L. Weekley found her purpose through a journey of self-discovery and the pursuit of her passions. Initially, she explored various fields, balancing full-time work and furthering her education, which eventually led her to a deep interest in social work. Her desire to serve others became clear when she realized how much she enjoyed helping people navigate complex systems, whether through her business, *Stamped For You LLC Notary*, or her broader ventures. Alongside this, her role in leading groups like the Business Social Network showed her natural ability to bring people together and foster growth in a community setting. Through these experiences, Robnitia recognized that her purpose was rooted in empowering others—whether through providing notary services, financial solutions, or educating young students. Her multifaceted path has been guided by a passion for giving back and making a tangible difference, which she now channels into all her professional and personal endeavors.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Robnitia L. Weekley focuses on her business *Stamped For You LLC Notary*, where she offers notary services, including document authentication and permit running. Her business stands out due to her commitment to providing accessible, reliable services that help individuals and small businesses navigate essential processes with ease. She takes pride in being a trusted resource for her clients, simplifying complex tasks, and ensuring that they feel confident in their transactions.
What Robnitia finds most exciting about her work is the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Her business is not just about signing documents; it’s about empowering individuals and creating lasting relationships based on trust and support.
In addition to her notary work, Robnitia is preparing to launch a new marketing resource for *Notary Nook* members, offering valuable tools to help others in her industry succeed. She is also in the process of expanding her offerings with *Robnitia Financial Solutions*, a new venture that will focus on providing financial guidance and resources. Through these initiatives, Robnitia is continually working to grow her brand while remaining dedicated to her core mission of serving her community.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Robnitia L. Weekley identifies three key qualities and skills that have been most impactful in her journey: resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Resilience has been crucial in her professional path, especially while managing multiple businesses and fulfilling her role as a social worker at a school. Whether it was overcoming challenges in her entrepreneurial endeavors or navigating the complexities of working with students and families, Robnitia’s persistence has helped her remain focused on her goals. She advises those early in their journey to view setbacks as growth opportunities and to maintain a long-term vision, even when obstacles arise.
Adaptability has also been essential to her success. Transitioning between her roles as a business owner, notary, and social worker, she has learned the importance of adjusting her approach to meet the needs of diverse populations. Robnitia encourages others to embrace flexibility and be willing to pivot when necessary, as adaptability allows for growth in both personal and professional settings.
Finally, continuous learning has been a cornerstone of her development. Even after earning her Master’s degree in Social Work, Robnitia continues to expand her knowledge through certifications like her Notary Permit Runner (NPR™) credential and staying informed about industry trends. Her advice is to seek out opportunities for ongoing education, connect with mentors, and remain curious. Building expertise while staying open to new knowledge will allow anyone to stay innovative and effective in their field.
These qualities have allowed Robnitia to thrive in her career, build meaningful connections, and have a lasting impact on her community.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
The number one challenge Robnitia L. Weekley is currently facing is managing the workload of balancing her full-time role as a school social worker with the growth of her entrepreneurial ventures, particularly *Stamped For You LLC Notary*. With both areas demanding significant time and attention, it can be difficult to juggle all the responsibilities effectively.
To overcome this challenge, Robnitia is focusing on enhancing her time management and organizational skills. She’s working on creating a more structured schedule that allows her to efficiently manage her business tasks while fulfilling her responsibilities at school. Additionally, she is exploring ways to streamline her business operations, such as automating certain tasks and delegating responsibilities where possible. By being strategic with her time and resources, Robnitia is gradually finding balance and working towards the sustainable growth of her business without compromising her commitment to her role as a social worker.
