Liz, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
The source of my optimism is my love for planning parties for women, helping them celebrate important events in their lives, such as bachelorette parties, birthday anniversaries, girls’ night outs, and even divorce parties. I grew up outside Hollywood near Malibu and Calabasas and have always loved the entertainment and music industry. I used to throw amazing private parties with local music bands, lots of booze, and gorgeous atmosphere models, and I want to continue this spirit of fun in the future as well.

I’m the founder and owner of Bad Boy Strip, your one-stop shop for bachelorette parties in multiple party destinations, such as San Diego, Austin, Nashville, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and other locations as well. We specialize in bachelorette parties, but our packages are customizable, so we have our Bad Boys entertain at all kinds of private all-women parties and events, from birthday celebrations to Christmas parties, Halloween parties, girls’ night outs, and other seasonal and themed events.
Bad Boy Strip mainly provides professional male exotic dancers, party bartenders and butlers, male strippers in themed costumes, and cabana boys for pool parties. These guys go through a carefully managed selection process and are trained to be your ideal bachelorette party entertainers. That means that when you hire a Bad Boy, you get an eye-candy guy at your door who knows how to put on a sizzling dance performance, but you also get a party pro who knows how to break the ice, keep the guests engaged, make conversation, be your party Spotify DJ, and much more.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Understanding and meeting client needs is a crucial aspect of any business. It’s a quality that has significantly impacted my business over the years and can provide others, as aspiring entrepreneurs, with valuable insights. By remaining open to trying different strategies and adapting to new contexts, you can ensure your business is always meeting the needs of your clients.
Another thing that personally helped me in my journey was learning how to build partnerships with other businesses and support each other in this way. You can’t do everything alone, so find other entrepreneurs with whom you can build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
The third piece of advice worth mentioning is to start your business in an industry that you know will bring you satisfaction. I have always loved throwing parties for my friends, and now I’m doing this professionally for bachelorette party groups.
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
The ideal client for Bad Boy Strip is someone who wants to go all out for their bestie getting married. It is a woman who understands that a bachelorette party happens only once in the bride-to-be’s life, and it’s an unrepeatable experience that’s worth living to its fullest.
An ideal client wants a destination bachelorette party where she and her friends can enjoy a little bit of everything.
