We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Nain “ninesoul” Padilla a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Nain “Ninesoul”, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic comes from me wanting a better life for my family and myself. My parents came to America for a better opportunity, so now is my turn to work hard so I can give them the life they deserve.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

My name is Nain “Ninesoul “ Padilla I’m a Salvadoran-American producer from Los Angeles. I’m part of A Collective of producers that is Called “Bazs Hitters. I’m a producer trying to make a difference and creat opportunities for the next generations to come.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I feel like being Humble and being able to respect and treat everyone the same no matter of the background or what they have to offer. When you learn how to treat people and you stop taking things personal. You start understanding that timing is the most important thing it may not happen know but it will soon keep believing and keep working, and building genuine relationships.
