We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Nael Atweh. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Nael below.
Nael, first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
Something I work on every single day. You overcome it by accepting that it’s a real thing and you’ll always compare yourself to others. Just focus on what you can do and not what you don’t have control over.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three most important things that will separate you from the past as a music manager are **listening**, **time**, and **repeating steps one and two**. Truly listening to your artists is essential to understanding their vision, goals, and creative process, while taking the time to nurture that creativity allows for authentic growth and success. By consistently applying these principles—listening deeply and giving the creative process the time it needs—you build a strong foundation for your artists, fostering long-term development and success.
Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
The book that has played the biggest role in my life is **The Alchemist**! It’s an incredible story of perseverance and strength. This book resonated with me not only because it was short and straight to the point, but because it wasn’t a typical motivational book. Instead, it beautifully illustrated how, through time and knowledge, one can grow and evolve. Its message about following your personal legend and trusting the journey is something that has deeply impacted my outlook on life and success.
