“As a professional makeup artist with 13 years of experience, I have had the honor of enhancing the natural beauty of countless brides and clients across Ohio and the Midwest. Trained by top luxury fashion houses, I specialize in creating flawless, long-lasting makeup looks that help my clients feel confident and radiant on their special day. My passion is ensuring that each bride’s vision is brought to life with precision, elegance, and a touch of glamour.
Currently, I offer personalized, on-site makeup services, designed to meet the unique needs of each client. My focus is not just on creating beautiful makeup but on crafting an experience that is seamless, calming, and memorable. With an emphasis on long-wear techniques and high-end products, I am committed to making each person feel their absolute best! Whether in Ohio or anywhere in the Midwest, I am excited to travel and bring out the best in my clients!
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, three qualities that have helped me get where I am today are resilience, passion, and attention to detail. Resilience has allowed me to overcome challenges and continue growing in a highly competitive industry. My passion for makeup artistry keeps me motivated to always learn, improve, and bring out the best in every client. Lastly, attention to detail ensures that I deliver flawless, personalized results every time, which has built trust and lasting relationships with my clients.
What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I take a step back to breathe and center myself. I find it helpful to break tasks into smaller, manageable steps so I can focus on one thing at a time. Prioritizing what needs to be done first allows me to regain control. I also make time for self-care, whether it’s taking a short walk, meditating, or simply resting. My biggest tip is to remind yourself that it’s okay to pause, ask for help when needed, and remember that progress, no matter how small, is still progress.
