Elainna, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I get my work ethic from the trauma of having losses in my life. All my life I never wanted to be a product or statistic of my environment. I work hard everyday to survive and live a comfortable life.

Hello everyone, my name is Elainna Browner and I am the owner of Browner & Co Consulting. I specialize in personal and business taxes. I also am s notary republic. What I think is very special about my brand is how I make my clients feel. I think it is very important to build a positive relationship with your clients. The people who support your business should always be important to you as a business owner.. I look forward to serving old and new clients this upcoming Tax season!!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, three qualities that were impactful to my journey are discipline, patience and humbleness. I think that people can improve on these qualities from a great work ethic. Never allow the money you make change who you are and understand that success doesn’t come overnight.
